I got into photography because I love what a photograph can hold onto. A wedding day goes by quickly. A child grows up. People change, seasons end, and life keeps moving. But a photograph can bring you back to a moment you might otherwise forget: the way someone looked at you, the hand they reached for, the laugh that came out of nowhere, or the people who stood beside you.
That’s what I’m looking for when I photograph you. Not just the obvious moments, but the small ones happening around them. I’ll give you direction when you need it, pay attention to the details, and keep looking for the moments that make you say, “I’m so glad you caught that.”
My faith shapes the way I see people and relationships. I believe they’re worth honoring, caring for, and remembering. That’s part of why I care so much about making photographs that feel honest, joyful, and true to the people in them.
